Corporate Translations Employees Celebrate their 5 & 10 Year Anniversaries!

Corporate Translations was founded 21 years ago to answer the demand for high quality translation solutions in the life science industry. Since then, the company has grown to over 100 employees. This year, 13 employees are celebrating their 5-year anniversary with the company and 3 employees are celebrating their 10-year anniversary.
"Since I started with Corporate Translations in 2001, I've seen the company grow from less than thirty employees to nearly a hundred,” said Shawn McKown, Director of Linguistic Validation. “During this time, Corporate Translations has been able to successfully maintain our small-company atmosphere while greatly expanding our services, capabilities, and client base."
Corporate Translations has had a very good employee retention rate over the years. A massive 45% of employees have been with the company for five years or more and 15% have been with the company 10 years or more. Although Corporate Translations continues to expand, we hope to maintain this high retention rate by providing employees with a pleasant working environment. The positive work experience of all these employees also contributes to the company’s efficiency and high quality of work.

And it's nice to work for a company that cares about the people involved in the translation process, both inside and outside of the company.”
In addition to the multiple employee anniversaries, this year is also a rather significant milestone for Corporate Translations as a whole. 2011 also marks the 5-year anniversary of our expansion into the larger East Hartford headquarters. Since the expansion, the company has continued to grow to meet clients' ever-changing needs. Our linguistic validation department has nearly doubled in size in the last 5 years and the in-house translation department now has multiple translators. These recent developments are indicative of Corporate Translations’ strive to stay on top of the ever-evolving pharmaceutical industry.
